One Nation: two destinies

When soldiers were ambushed in Okuama community, it was a sacrilege but when soldiers are killed in the North, it is termed terrorism.

In Okuama, the traditional ruler gave himself up to the Police and the Police handed him over to the Army.

In the North, territories where soldiers are killed are either forests or headless entities.

This is why you hear the likes of Sheikh Gumi, describe miscreants and

criminals who kidnap and kill as businessmen.

I thought we had believed that we are one nation and one destiny but so far, it is not so.

Tinubu was roundly rejected by the South but magic came from the North and today, we are stuck. Even the north is in shock!

Resource control in Nigeria is sharing Oil money with Oil producing states in the South getting more but in the North, minerals are mined and sold by unknown persons thus denying the Nigerian State of revenue.

The way we are running our country defies common sense. Well, many believe common sense is not common.
