Between Politics and Economics
President Tinubu wants us to believe that our economy would improve in the coming weeks.
I say, Amen.
- Tinubu should know that politics is superior to Economics.
It is like a situation where a child prostitute becomes a bread winner in a family.
In pains and shame will the family live.
I won't put it beyond Tinubu to make things bad only to do the needful and claim credit.
Nigerians may like a better economy but nothing can replace the will of the people.
A servant cannot be greater than his master and still remain a servant.
Tinubu showed utmost bad faith by declaring that it is his turn and by means unknown and unclear actualized the declaration.
That is not the way of democracy.
A democrat should court the people not the electoral umpire and the courts.
Any address of note, Tinubu has, he should pass it through the courts and INEC because, they not the people made him, President.
Even in Medicine, a doctor which a President should be, needs the cooperation of the patient.
Even Psychology of Medicine should recognize the role of the patient's will in the process of healing and curing.
This explains, why Our Lord Jesus would often ask the question, ' do you believe?'
I like Tinubu for his ideas not his methods. I wish he would with his vast fortune buy an Island where himself and MC Oluomo would be President and Vice.
I believe elections there would really bring out the best of the duo as fellow travellers who believe in the ways of the street.
Nigeria will be great again by God's grace.
