100 Days in office

100 Days in office is quite popular in Nigeria and I am looking forward to

that of our President. I hope he has not forgotten.

You may wonder why I am looking forward to it. Please bear with me, you know during the campaigns a lot of things were said but I believe now is the time to sieve the wheat from the chaff.

Can you imagine that in Nigeria of the 21st century, a person would become President in spite of the people?

Of course, it is happening live in living colours in Nigeria.

I hear some departments of Central Bank of Nigeria are moving to Lagos. Perhaps, the President is trying home advantage.

I thought the President was a tough man?

Well, a senior colleague of mine once said, a soldier is only a soldier when he is armed.

IBB, was a tough man or so, it was believed but the Orkar coup made him, move to Abuja in the name of Federal Capital Territory.

If Tinubu had won the 2023 Elections beyond dispute, this would have been an opportunity to weld Nigeria together. If Abacha terrorised the South West and avoided Lagos like a plague, Tinubu's backward glance to Lagos is nothing but an endorsement of our fractured and ailing existence.

In other climes, leaders talk and think legacy. The best Legacy before Tinubu is that he claimed it is his turn.
