Something is wrong, somewhere

The Price of fuel is increased by more than 200% and Tinubu is offering N8,000 to about 10% of Nigerians and Ebonyi State government is reported to

be giving a salary increase of N10,000 to workers.

I have never doubted Tinubu's competence and intelligence but I am at a loss how, he came about N8,000 for 12m Nigerians every month.

Something is not adding up. Perhaps the job is beyond his thinking acumen.

There are always invisible forces in the affairs of men. A popular figure like Tinubu cannot ordinarily start by imposing difficulties on Nigerians but that is the way of those who are destined for infamy.

Top that up with N8,000 a month and you begin to understand why the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

Nobody who fears God would subvert the will of the people like Tinubu did.

Those who say the voice of the people is the voice of God cannot be wrong.

The people before the elections were neglected by Tinubu through avoidance of interviews and debates and they responded by refusing him. at the polls only for INEC to play deaf  to all protests and say go to court.

What now is happening?

Is Tinubu ruling to his heart's content? Is he happy, people are groaning and cursing?

I think not but that is where we are

  1. My Oga, let us continue to pray and hope that we will not run into any problem. Deep thinking is needed for us to navigate the difficult situations we have in our country. Like some analysts said, statistics have it that majority of Nigerians do not have bank account and these will be more of the vulnerable that are supposed to benefit from the monetary palliative, so how are they expected to receive the money, maybe through 3rd parties. Maybe the government has better idea on how to handle this situation.

    1. Expect no good result from a decayed structure. And I mean it. Even if you put a sound professor there to govern, it will be same of same poor result. Gullible Nigerians who have lost it will never stand up demanding solution to the grassroot problems, rather they are always very happy and eager to go out there to cast their votes every four years claiming that they have civic rights to exercise whereas it turns out to be punishment on them in the end. Think about it! How do you expect Tinubu to think right! No be Lagos ooo. We are talking about Nigeria, a complex nation embodied with so many atrocities. He has joined the circle. Forget it! God help Nigeria.

  2. The problem most Nigerians have is to always play the ethnic card whenever it favours them and this cannot lead the country anywhere. Immediately INEC did what it did, the entire Nigeria ought to boil but what did we have? Some people were already happy that their kindred had won and since then no other voices matter. Like I argued somewhere, most of those supporting injustice will never realize that they will soon be swept away by it. If someone who was ready to push the nation forward was pushed aside and anyone thinks things will be okay, then that means most of us don't understand how nature works. As the Americans will always say: we a
