Nigeria is indeed blessed

 

Considering the kind of leaders we have had and in spite of them, where we are, indeed we are blessed.

IBB promised that Structural Adjustment Program with all it's pains would last 18 months but it went on for

much longer without apologies and without an explanation.

Obj in his time, went to the scene of the January 27, 2001, bomb explosion in Lagos and shouted down a lady asking him a question, telling her, he was not supposed to be there. Who should be there? 

GEJ came in, in all his unpreparedness and he was branded clueless. In the end, he left the scene for a man, on whom, much hopes rested but in the end, did all he could to prove that he was not up to it and in Obj's words, not the Messiah.

From a wonder of an election and a more wonderful result, BAT is President -  elect.

Nigeria will survive. Having survived incapable leaders to show promise and resilience, the day, Nigeria gets a good leader, the sky should be our starting point.
