Desperation or incompetence?

A friend of mine once submitted my name as a guarantor and when I was asked what my job was, I said, I was a Sports Analyst. The man, who called me, told me , he wanted more.

That to me is competence.

These days calls come in from strange

persons that a person well known to someone  has defaulted on a loan agreement and that they need help to talk to the person.

The fact of the matter, is that, at the inception of the transaction, the persons being called may not be in the know.

That to me is wrong.  Financial Institutions ought for the sake of their depositors do their evaluation properly and manage their loans better.

There is a case of a banker that pushed the wife of a debtor to death.

Bankers should do their evaluations properly. Transactions can go south but integrity and professionalism should be called upon by bankers.

They often threaten fire and brimstone. The Institutions ought to be cautious in granting loans. I hear of credit without collateral.

When financial Institutions lend without collateral they should live with their carelessness and not disturb the peace of third parties, who were never in the know of their transactions.
