INEC said we should go to court

Whose bidding is INEC doing? People get to office and soon forget their oath of office.

In time to come, Professor Mahmood Yakubu would claim to have served his

nation faithfully. What an irony?

People who bear the title Professor either do not think much of it or their Principals deliberately look for pliable ones to put up a facade.

Recall that IBB appointed Eme Awa to lead the National Electoral Commission and for reasons unbeknown to the public, Humphrey Nwosu was made to replace him.

Both were Professors of P.olitical Science.

The belief was that Nwosu would be more pliable but unlike Mahmood Yakubu, Nwosu organized a clearly transparent watershed polls.

IBB has not been able to live down the odium.

Sadly, PMB and Mahmood Yakubu are travelling down the same IBB highway, no wonder IBB was very quick in congratulating BAT after Obj had spoken against the elections.

When you have a stick of cigarette without a lighter and you have a cup of Garri without water to soak it, do not be surprised to find a free lighter before a cup of water for your Garri.

Smokers are in dire need of company.

Professor Mahmood Yakubu should look back at his scholarly journey and ask himself whether he needs to go to court to defend his honour and degrees or let the taste of his scholarship be seen in his CHARACTER and learning?By conducting a below par Election and shamelessly, saying, ' go to court' he has betrayed his calling as a highly vaunted TEACHER.

    1. What he does not know is that he is dealing with people who are prepared.
Should he be called upon to testify in court,, he will regret ever makng that statement.

  2. It's unfortunate in the Year 2023. It's absolutely shameful. To people like us, I have not personally recovered from the shock.

That a Prof of any discipline will deliberately tried pulling wool over our eye in this present millennium, portrays us as non starters.

You see, things become more deplorable when one takes a critical look on the amount of money invested in this project.

One really needs to ask himself; is this the legacy Sai Baba is leaving behind? Although, talk is cheap but, I personally held Sai Baba in a very high esteem believing that he can not be intimidated by blackmail. Well, my final assessment is that we are the living evidence of the 3rd World Country where everything and any thing is possible in as much as money is employed.

This also brought to the fore our elites deliberate efforts to create emassive poverty in Nigeria so that the citizens would always be occupied with what to eat or wear and where to sleep; no more, no less.

    The truth may not easily.
