God appears to be answering Doyin Okupe's prayers on Chibok Girls

Last year Doyin Okupe, Medical Practitioner and politician said that God would reveal the truth behind the

kidnap of Chibok girls.

Give a dog a bad name in order to hang it is a saying that aptly captures the politics behind the kidnap of the school girls.

The girls were kidnapped from their hostels while waiting to write their WAEC Examinations.

About 250 girls were kidnapped and you wonder if the statistics from Borno State on school enrollment is faulty. No. All the students were not from a single school but a number of schools in Chibok local government of Borno State.

WAEC had counselled the school to move the students from that locality to a more secured place like Maiduguri, the state capital.

Then Governor Shetima, who is the running mate to BAT, assured WAEC that the school would be adequately secured.

In spite of the assurance the students were kidnapped and pressure was brought to bear on President Jonathan and not Shetima, to bring back the girls.

The whole world was alarmed and outraged and President Jonathan was confused.

He had to be, because it was unimaginable but conscienceless politicians hungry for power were eager to exploit the News to maximum advantage.

Jonathan eventually fell. Today, Shetima is being rewarded with a Vice Presidential slot.

How wicked and callous?

  1. Hummmmmmmmm!
    Politics is everything in Nigeria.

From 1999 to date, assessing each administration. I give a pass mark to OBJ. In term of fiscal discipline, anti corruption, Peace & security.

The leadership are less concerns about the economic development. No where is safe in the country.

    We hope in God.
