Much ado about Ohaneze Youth Council

If I were not the grandson of a Pastor, I would have floated a group to drink

from BAT's well of Largesse. Politicians are like Women, they like to hear sweet nothings.

A group suddenly comes alive in the name of Ohaneze Youth Council to endorse BAT's misadvised quest for Nigeria's Presidency when it is unarguably the turn of the Igbos.

Still, along the same trajectory of seeking relevance and money, a Yoruba youth group have stated that the Igbos cannot reap from where they did not sow.

My response is that the only qualification the Igbos need to qualify to contest the Presidency in 2023 is that they remain Nigerians.

For there to be a Nigeria rooted in Equity and Justice, the rights of the Igbos to rule their fatherland has to be respected.

Like I have had cause to write in the past, the Igbos do not need the Presidency for validation. They can do without it, like they have been doing but we cannot talk of equity in good conscience by excluding the Igbos. There lies the crux of the matter.

For too long have we been hearing shouts of marginalization. They should be marginalized no more.

My greatest joy in the quest for Igbo Presidency is that so far the Igbos have disappointed those who feel that by now every Igbo man would have declared his intention to run for Presidency.

BAT should know what the Ohaneze Youth Council want: his MONEY.
