EFCC and nomination forms

Abdulrasheed Bawa, the EFCC Chairman, has come out to say that the

EFCC is investigating the source of funds for the nomination forms bought so far by politicians.

His job has been cut out for him. Sanwo - Olu's form was bought for him by BAT. For the CBN Governor, it is his friends.

So far APC has raked in about N22bn from sale of forms. Politics is indeed a lucrative business.

What I find intriguing is that BAT is paying for Sanwo - Olu's form. Friends are paying for the CBN Governor. Indeed, I do not envy Bawa.

Nigeria is really in a bad place. What informed the high price of the nomination forms?

PMB has really brought Nigeria to a bad place. It is by these high prices of Nomination forms not looking promising at all.

EFCC can clown all they want. The present trend in politics is nauseating. If only countries can throw up. Nigeria will throw up.

People are daily voting with their feet against Nigeria. They are fed up.

However, some people still have hope. God's ways are not ours. God willing, Nigeria is redeemable.

  1. Hummmmmm!
God willing Nigeria is redeemable. I agreed with this statement 100% but my fear is that our words and actions do not match.

We want a better country, but no genuine love, no fairness, Politicians take all. Nothing is left for development.

We hope "one day" things will be much better. But how and when, we do not know.
