Did Olu Falae know in 1999 that Zoning is not in the 1999 Constitution?

 In 1999, the Military Government wanted a Yoruba to occupy the Office of

the President to compensate for the death of MKO Abiola, a Yoruba.

Since then, the Presidency has been rotating among the Geographical zones in Nigeria.

In 1999, Abdulsalami Abubakar was Head of State. Olu Falae contested against Obj and lost.

In 1999, Abdulsalami Abubakar supervised the Election as Head of State. So far he has spoken against zoning. 

Olu Falae too, who benefited as a Presidential Candidate has spoken too against zoning.

It is unfortunate that in 1999 he was silent but today, he has found his voice. Politics is a dirty game but it does not give amnesia. I expect Olu Falae to admit that he was a beneficiary before finding fault with it.

So far Obj has not spoken against zoning either because he has integrity or because he was a beneficiary.

Abdulsalami Abubakar and Olu Falae should learn from Obj. They need it.
