Like Osinbajo, like Atiku

 

Having tasted power as Vice President,

the next logical step is the Presidency. Politics is no logic.

Atiku and Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo should sheath their sword for a Candidate from the South East.

I know both men believe in fairness. Now, more than ever is the time for them to prove it.

At this time in our political development, it makes a lot of sense for a candidate from the South East to lead Nigeria not as a favour but a sign of goodwill.

The South Easterners may not be vociferous now in clamouring for the highest post in the land but they do not have to.

This is because they do not feel that it defines them but allow them produce the President and see agitations for separation die a natural death.

That the South Easterners are not hot on the idea is one of the bad legacies of PMB. Having seen them as a dot, he could not be bothered with their feelings.

While, there is time, he can still fix things for his sake.
