PMB, with the rapid shutting down of Northern Schools, Boko Haram is still winning

618 schools have been shut down in northern Nigeria, where school

enrollment is begging for improvement. For fear of kidnapping, schools are shutting down in a region where Boko Haram means Western education is evil.

The question is, in the eyes of Boko Haram, who is winning?

Certainly, the Boko Haram that is waxing strong even after PMB declared prematurely, that they had been technically defeated, would by now be klinking glasses if wine is not Haram.

While we were busy with shielding corruption, planning for 2023 Elections in 2019, banditry joined hands with bombing to cripple our schools to the point that hundreds are being shut down for fear of kidnapping.

Indeed, as parents we are failing our kids. 

How do we explain to them that terrorists and bandits are preventing their education, while we seemingly look on helplessly.

This is a recipe for self help from our youths and as neccessity is the mother of invention, their solution may not be Clement to us. Should that be the case, do we have the moral ground to protest?
