Solving the Fulani question

I had thought that #EndSARS was going to be decisive in the next Presidential Elections in Nigeria, but I was completely mistaken.

Without a shadow of doubt, the next Elections would manifestly be about the Fulani question.

#EndSARS was a wake up call but it accentuated the insecurity in the land. Some experts believe Nigeria is underpoliced but the truth is that the policemen that we have are not helping matters at all.

#EndSARS so infuriated the Police that they abandoned the streets.

Today the insecurity that is ravaging Nigeria is of two fold: banditry in the north and kidnapping in the South.

What beats my imagination is the fact that herdsmen have under the guise of grazing cattle taken over our forests. Similarly, the domination of our forests in the North by Boko Haram and so called bandits beggars belief.

Leaders are born in times of crisis. Sunday Igboho and Nnamdi Kanu and Akeredolu are for now, the men to beat.

It is not too late for others to emerge but definitely, the bandits and kidnappers have done so much havoc that they are now a national emergency.

I know my country, no problem beats us whenever we set our minds to win. But shall we?
