Obj stands up to be counted

Chief Olusegun Obasanjo

Through no fault of theirs, the Yorubas and many other Nigerians helped the

All Progressive Congress that was derided as the Janjaweed party get to power.

Today, in typical Hausa/ Fulani fashion, arrogance is pervading the land and the Yorubas, first through Amotekun and now through Chief Sunday Adeyemo alias Sunday Igboho are fighting back.

More correctly, the executive governor of Ondo State Rotimi Akerodolu SAN fired the first Salvo by giving criminal herdsmen seven days which expired yesterday to quit Ondo forest reserves.

Like, I stated before, the Yorubas led the way in installing the present government to their present regret. Even Attahiru Jega is regretting.

Having led the way in installing the government, the Yorubas are also leading the way in redeeming Nigeria from the evil herders.

Akerodolu has spoken. Sunday Igboho has spoken. Not to be outdone because it is in times of crisis that leaders are made and unmade, Obj has called out PMB.

Typical Obj who sees himself first as a nationalist, he has applied native intelligence in his contribution.

What he said is this ' if your people are being wrongly accused, then you have to prove the accusers wrong'.

If you do not understand, you should understand that the situation is such that men who normally talk straight are leaving the initiative to lesser mortals like Akerodolu and Sunday Igboho.
