Babagana Zulum, Boko Haram insurgency and a call for unity

Babagana Zulum, the governor of Borno State, North East Nigeria is

interesting fellow. No doubt he likes to hear the sound of his own voice.

The latest from him is that there are Christians and foreigners in the rank of Boko Haram as if Christianity is a nationality.

He feels Boko Haram have sponsors and need to be checkmated in a concerted way.

Like I wrote earlier, Babagana Zulum is on record to have said that a serving governor was behind Boko Haram. He is on record as having said that insurgency under GEJ was worse than under PMB.

Meanwhile, under PMB's watch, Governor Babagana Zulum has survived two glaring assassination attempts.

No wonder it is said that dead men do not tell tales. If those assassination attempts had succeeded, it would have been a different matter altogether.

There are rumours of Babagana Zulum's future ambition. Talking without thinking will sure do him no good.

It may be expedient today, but tomorrow is just around the corner.
