Giving the Protests a bad name, in order to kill it.

                     Bola Ahmed Tinubu

In the fight against corruption, corruption fights back. In the protest against misrule, the culprits are

fighting back.

The latest is the allegation that BAT is the one financing the protest as his hopes for 2023 Presidency is fading.

The government should smell the coffee. Try as they could, the protests are merited and they have to be addressed. If BAT is the sponsor, then the government should ignore the originator of the message and face the message.

Is Police brutality hideous or not? Has the government been oblivious to it? What have they done about it?

People are sounding alarm bells. Let them ring. Nigerians were promised change by the ruling APC but the change they gave was opposite to the change they promised.

Since they are unable to deliver on their promise, they should stand and watch out for the real change.

Nigerians have for long been taken for a ride, now is the time to let the politicians know that they have been giving a sub par performance and therefore, they should up their game or get swept away.

Where there is accountability, rulers rule with the fear of rejection. That indeed is the way it should be but so far this has been a mirage.
