Disbanding SARS, ENDANGERING LIVES
The men of SARS never saw it coming, not even the Government saw it coming. Now it is done.
But the men of SARS are not taking it
lying low. How best should they have taken it?They are said to be venting their anger on the hapless citizens. I want to admit that I never saw the disbanding of SARS coming.
Be that as it may, the government cannot be unmindful of the immediate repercussions from the forced disbanding. Whereas I was thinking of a sharp rise in cases of Armed robbery as the robbers would view the decision as a bonus, with the Police showing less concern.
But what has come to the fore is the case of some SARS men carrying on and doing so with a vengeance, as if they are yet to be disbanded.
Truth be told red tapes are involved and the SARS men are within their rights to continue working but not shooting protesters, until told otherwise by their bosses.
Until then, protesters and the populace should see SARS men as wounded and therefore, very dangerous lions, that should be avoided at all cost.
The Police hierarchy are not unmindful of these acts of misdemeanor and should hold themselves fully accountable for deaths resulting therefrom.
