Schools are re - opening but is it for a new session?

When Covid -19 struck real hard, schools had to close down. Schools at all levels were affected.

The closure was at a time when Schools were rounding up the second term. The time for the third term has come and

Minister of Education: Adamu Adamu
gone.

Covid - 19 is really powerful. Long vacation has come and is now gone. West African Schools Certificate Examinations ought to be in May/June. It came last month and ended this month.

In all this, once there is life, there is hope. The pandemic is really life threatening.

Some schools are matriculating students and you wonder, when they were admitted?

Final year students are in between. National Youth Service is there. Which way?

The disruptive effect is mind boggling. It will challenge schools to fashion out an appropriate response to the disruption.

Policy makers also have a lot to do. In the end, life has to go on.
